This company is run by 2 frauds. During lock-down I was in need of maid, I contacted many agencies but none seems to have any available, except Rani mainpower agency. I didn't read too much into it and got maid from them and paid 16,000. However, after couple of days that maid went citing some personal problem(and i believed her) so I contacted agency to provide me new one. They were always ready with new excuses for not providing me with new maid. After calling them for 2 weeks asking for replacement they said they have one but she doesn't understand Hindi or English, i was desperate i told them i will manage send her. No surprise here, they had no intention of sending her. Now they have stopped taking my calls. So basically I paid 16000 and got maid for 2 weeks. Now i understand their whole business, the reason they have maids available when no other agency has is because they will call their maids back and don't provide any replacement. The reason for writing this long post is that no one else should face what i have gone through.
