Unprofessional, unresponsive , unethical , zero knowledge on how to address a customer and also the main thing is, the owner has employeed some unskilled workers who may ruin your expensive appliances and this has happened with me, my 30k refrigerator had some minor issues due to his negligence the compressor blew up and the fridge has completely stopped working. And the most hilarious thing is even after calling several time nobody showed up from freezer point. So please be aware.
