?? DONT USE GAADIZO ?? I had given my car on 23rd September, 2020 for overall replacement wrt interior as well as exterior with a deadline of 28th September, 2020. On 5th October, 2020 their executive told me that paint is done we are delivering while other executive shares my car video of NO WORK DONE TILL DATE. 0% TIMELY DELIVERY WORK DONE : Interior - THEY DIDNT EVEN TOUCH MY CAR AND SAID WE DID IT BUT IT WAS COMPLETELY UNTOUCHED. AC was full with dust, all panels had a layer or coat of dust. I had to externally get all work the done for another 1,500 rupees No electricity work done by them Meri aux bhi kharab krdi, andar ki lights theekh nahi kri, volume button change nahin kra I HAD PAID FOR ALL THESE SERVICES Exterior - They did an incomplete paint. The panels were not completely painted though paint was looking good. Teflon coating was not done even after i paid for the service. THEY LIED AS THEY SAID TEFLON HOGAYA. NOW NOT GIVING WARRANTY PAINT PEEL OFF HO RAHA HAI

Order number GDZAE5746 Gaadizo car repair is the most worst service in the world. I loged a ticket with them on monday morning 3rd Jun they promised to do the pick up with some extra cost to which I agreed. Car was picked up around 5 in the evening. It is the 5th day today and I still have not recieved my car. They just keep making excuses around their own mis management.First I was kept in dark till tuesday then they said I should get my car on thursday to which i complained to their support email. A support exectuvie Deep Sharma promplty called me up and said he will ensure I get it by Friday and Friday evening I called him up however he was not sure about change in delivery day again by Arshad spoc at krishna automobile. Now they said that they did some wrong fitting hence they will give my car back on saturday. Please never give your car to them. I feel they like keeping customers car for themselves to ride during holidays. Go mechanic is far better then Gaadizo

I got to know about Gaadizo from Sulekha and I must say this is one of the affordable services in Gurgaon First experience is good , hope they will maintain the continuity.
