LPG Gas Pipe Line Installation Services

Contacted this service center for LPG gas pipeline installation.The person came and check the issue and paid 200 for the visiting charge.Then he got 1000 rupees to buy a pipeline material but after getting a money he won't come back.so many times I called them but they didn't pick my call and no response from them.I have doubt that they are not the serviceman.Totally I paid 1200 for them.It was the worst service.Till now I didn't get back my money.I planned to make a police complaint.Totally it was very bad service.
