I had contracted my 4 BHK apartment for repainting. My primary work Package was to get moisture issue addressed in two rooms as it affects breathing for minors and repainting of entire home. He appeared professional in the beginning however overall work quality is way below par. The core issue of moisture re-appeared within few days of repainting. This was during the time the painting was still ongoing. He said he will address the issue after 30 days and theeeafter these patches shouldn?t appear. The patch issue still persists and he doesn?t pick the call. He charged 65K and I feel I was cheated. Will certainly not recommend him for full house and niche work. Okay for smaller work. And certainly I am not going to go back to him for repaint. Lesson learnt!
