General Automation Pvt. Ltd. incorporated under the Indian Companies Act in 1996 with an objective to enhance the security level of consumers by assisting them in securing their life and valuables. We are involved in providing customers telecom and safety solutions as per their needs and requirements. We are primarily engaged in the marketing and servicing of a host of office automation products and solutions. We aim to provide quality based solutions and services to clients through innovative, creative and synchronised modular hardware and innovative techno-solutions. We provide a broad range of intrusion alarm panels conforming to IS standards and also fire alarm panels which are expandable as per the consumers demand. To add to our product line, we have universal standard alarm panels with central monitoring computability, consoles with voice dialer and automatic telephone dialer. We offer customised security systems brought to you in association with Optex Co. Ltd., Japan for indoor, outdoor and high-level perimeter protection with central monitoring. Also, we offer CCTVs with a recording device and remote observation, IP based CCTVs, indoor/outdoor day–night speed dome cameras with server-based taping, motion detection and e-mapping facilities. We have undertaken state government, semi-government, central government and defence projects. Automatic gate openers, boom barriers and automatic doors, RFIDs, MIFAREs and biometric with RS-232/485 IP-based time attendance and access control systems, conventional and addressable fire alarm systems are the other range of products we are covering to meet building automation. Since 2002, our product has been approved for export, and we have started earning dollars through trading. In 2003, we achieved ISO 9001 certification from American Quality Assessors, which is accredited by ANAB.
