Global Distributors Bhawani Peth Pune

We did an AMC for kent RO grand water purifier with global distributors. I am sorry to say the service they provide is very pathetic. we were told we will be getting 3 services in a year, but since AMC we have receive only 1 service and that too after many phone calls. we are calling constantly to global distributor regarding 2nd servicing but no one is responding. the answer we get is our person will visit and do the servicing. now even our annual maintenance contract is over. we only got 1 service during our contract. we have paid a amount of 2250 towards maintenance. we have been cheated by them.
