Terrible experience with this outfit. My father, diagnosed with dementia, needed 24-hr care. We opted for them on the basis of referral by a ward boy in the hospital, who was fabulous at his work. First, they sent a 24-year young man who was apparently experienced with such patients. He was shockingly incompetent, to the extent that he would sleep past 9.30 am till one of the family woke him up. We had to attend to my father at odd hours of the night while the caretaker slept. Complaints only recieved tepid responses. Finally, they sent a 22-year old, who despite all the background, seemed unwilling from the first minute he landed at our home. The feeling we got was - they were more keen on a comfortable time than spending effort on patient care. The horrific thing was - this fellow ran away from home within 2 hrs, without notice. If these people run away burgling the house or leaving the patient in a dire state, agency will feign ignorance. It's a broker service, don't expect 'care'.

Approach Global Health Care Services, Seshadripuram agency for the Patient care service for Elderly care. Taken 1 person from Full-time working. The service they did it very well. The Patient care service charge were they collected its very nominal to me. Overall service is acceptable and I am gratified with the service.
