Unprofessional Behavior

I purchased wireless VDP from GM Securtech without reading its reviews and now I am stuck. 3rd month of the installation, the VDP stated creating issues and Mr Pawan took it for repair. Its been 25 days I am calling them to know the status. They ppl do not answer the calls and neither I have any receipt of collection of VDP so could not go to consumer court as well. Please do not fell in this trap or you will also regret like me.

Using Poor word for them is not also sufficient for them. No after sales service they will pick up the call unless and until they have to take the money for their product. Its been 2 years i bought the security system from them and it has not worked even for 6 days in last 2 years. Poor service and rude behaviour of the staff. Want to waste money go for gm securitech.
