Beware...! 420 fraud people not trustworthy poor skills and knowledge unprofessional They damaged my mi5 phone worth 20k

Very delegate/cheap quality of touch screen used by them. Which slow down your touch responsive, you will not like to use it further, if you complain they will say in 2000 you will get this only. For my mobile touch stared cracking from the buttom (home / back ) button in the next day itself, while complained they were never agreed that fault from their side, point back to me saying i pressed the button hardly. Tell me in a day how much i would have pressed it, that it broke. They never accept the fault. As much as active while taking order, that much neglect they while listening problem and solution. Thnking like a reputed company i went to them, but not much different from local road side shop. There are other online screen repair (cashify.screenpro) where you can give a try, but i suggest not to go with gotango. And my fiend suggested before came out true, that screen replacement can't be properly done in home, proper equipment and setup should be there so better to give time to do repair, instead of doing it in home, chances of failure is more. Hope this will help you to take decision.

FOR THOSE WHO DO NOT HAVE PATIENCE TO READ THE ENTIRE STORY, THIS IS THE SUMMARY OF WHAT THEY DID WITH MY PHONE - They installed an Old SIM slot from some other phone but claimed that they procured new part from micromax vendors. - They replaced my phone camera with some very inferior quality camera while the phone was given to them for repairing the charging issue.
