Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Didn’t Charge the Promised Amount, Charged Without Providing Service, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

They are Frauds. Their main objective is getting the 1 Month service charge. First they will say 1 year they will give service but not at all. Later they will say agreement will be 6 months if the maid is comfortable you can continue the maid. they will call the maid after the 4 months and Send them to other place and get one month salary as a service charge. The Maids will stay only 4 months. Afterwards they will say I want 2 months leave (Simply say medical reason ,Family problem) and leave. Kindly dont trust them and waste your money.

Incomplete and Disappointing Service

It is very useful reading the above reviews and I narrowly escaped from them tomorrow just because I stopped giving them 12000 after seeing these reviews and I also caught them red handed. I asked them the reference if an existing customer whom they are providing service. After looking here and there for 10 minutes, they have given me one number and when I tried to call, nobody picked the call. I have a true caller in my mobile and the name displayed Selvam Raj and they covered the customer name as Raj, seriously!!!! I can't believe this. These people, not only this agency, so many other people with fraud agencies are just cashing our immediate necessities instead of working hard and earning money by name. I really feel very bad for all those who suffered very badly because of these fraud people. Its not actually about money also, it's about the valuable time spent on theee irresponsible people in our society.

The owner D.P. Selvam and his lady Geetha are total fraud. I am not sure how I believed them initially when I called them for a full time maid. I paid him 1 year advance money as service charge for which he confirmed he will be on top of it. After 20 days, the maid working and staying in my house went missing and never picked up our call. Selvam initially assured me for a replacement, but after 10-15 days , he was not able to provide and confirmed me to return my money(deducting 1 month service charge). Still, I am waiting and he never returned my money. I still try calling him from different mobile no(obviously he has my no) he says a date to return but never does so. I went to police station reporting this behavior, but police also does not helping for very obvious reasons.

They are complete frauds. They will probably provide you with a maid immediately, but she will not last more than a month. Their racket is to get the advance and then disappear. I had a horrible experience. The maid they provided not only left in a month, but also stole gold from our house!! They may keep changing the name of their agency, so beware of the names selvam and geetha!!
