Never trust Gravity Power Solutions I am waiting for the past 50 days for the Gravity Power Solutions to return my new Luminous UPS which I had bought and found faulty. I followed up and I was promised that the inverter will be provided from the service center immediately after the lock down. But I am still waiting for it and they are yet to deliver the old, repaired UPS for which I paid the full money. I don't know how long with this wait continue, but till I wait, I will ensure that I continue to expose this vendor so that no one suffers because of him. With regard to wiring, they took Rs. 1860 for wiring and did not even put one switch or a board in it and rather broke the entire board and left it like that.
