Double charging of service chares. Very bad experience regarding servicing.. dont go for servicing 1. you will have to call then repeatedly 2. just to fit new burner top they charged 250 3. when asked to service, they charged again 350

Pathetic after sales service.. Especially the dealer Mr Anil does not keep his promises to his customers. They don't have any solution to the problem of the customers. I would request people to avoid dealing here.

Please do not deal with them - they are Frauds - send people who do not know their job and cheat people - beware of them...give wrong information in the first place - Impose themselves as Sunflame agents and cheat people...
