Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Didn’t Charge the Promised Amount, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

Recently booked a taxi from GS tours & travels for my family. The car promised to me was Etios, but we received Swift Dzire which was in a very pathetic condition and the driver kept on turning off the AC in between the ride. On top of all this the driver arrived 1 hour late to the location. The worst part of this booking was owner's (Saurav Arora) behavior when I was trying to explain the entire issue. He treated me with disrespect and even disconnected my call in between. So, if you want to be disrespected & looking for a taxi with a very poor service, then go with GS Tours & Travels.
