Gurukul Stores Maharana Pratap Nagar Bhopal

I went to gurukul zone 2 which is above books and books store. The person on the counter was extremely rude and had no sense of how to talk. I asked him if the colour pencils worth 300 I took a day before could be returned since I needed staedtler colour pencils (worth 1800) and that I didn't see the brand I wanted because they didn't place it with the rest of the colour pencils. I told him the doms Colour pencils will be of no use for me after this purchase. I was very humble and only requested him and asked him if the counter on the lower floor might have someone who can help at which he started talking in a very taunting and rude way. It was very disrespectful since I was only requesting politely and wasn't even pushing or anything. He could have said no in a polite or even normal way. All the taunts and mean things were least required. Behaviour plays a major role in the sales of a business. At least they lost one customer because of this. New market is a way better option tbh.

A complete student store indeed. Everything I wanted was exclusively available at the store. Best book shop in Bhopal.
