Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Its "sad" travels for sure 5 star reviews seems to be fake We booked kia carens for Madurai-Rameshwaram-Kanyakumari. Despite of being expensive we opted for this travels as this has best google ratings. Do not fall for these 5 star ratings. Driver and Owner were both very rude. I travelled with my family and had to face many difficulties and humiliations (they talk to you in tone as if we are criminals).

Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Driver Ashok is a drunk driver. Without rum and chicken he doesn't even bothered to drive car. Cab is changed in between and provided cab was full of foul smell. On complaining to owner rajendran, he take side of driver only. Serious overpriced and pathetic service.

We booked Happy Tours and Travels for the on the spot study trip to Trivandrum for our students. Even we got concession for the needy studies for the trip. The trip was well planned and executed. Transportation, accommodation and food provided were excellent.
