Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

I live in the Lakhani La-riveria complex in Panvel, and I've noticed that the security guard are of terrible quality. They didn't even know how to communicate/speak with our community's members and visitors. The present security guard's name is Suraj, and you can see him in the photo. He is pretty unprofessional; he is always on the phone, and he misbehaved with me today.I filed a complaint with the Chairman of my society today, and if the society does not take action against him, I will pursue legal action because I have adequate proof. If you are looking for an agency, I would not recommend this one. I highly suggest HAWK AGENCY to remove him from the Lakhani La-Riveria assignment as soon as possible in order to avoid legal action on my part. Let discuss, kindly do connect..
