I have been with HDFC bank since more than 4 years. Latest, I have applied for the two wheeler loan by paying down payment of 10% of bike cost + HDFC processing fee of rs 1700/- after on 03 July 2015 next process would be, HDFC executive will collect In voice and bill receipt from Showroom and put up for further process. The same process was suppose to be done on Friday by evening(As per HDFC executive ensured me) but it had been submitted on Monday(2 days delayed). I had received a message stating approval of loan with Acc no. Next process would be to sign an agreement which was happened on Monday itself but it again got delayed. I have been told each and every time that today for sure will send disbursement confirmation to showroom(2 days delayed). What make sense of having Salary account, Saving account and credit card acc. if service is like this?<br/><br/>Feeling like made a mistake applying loan in HDFC.<br/><br/>Loan Ref Num:33751679<br/><br/>Kindly escalate this issue ASAP and do needful.
