i have a fixed deposit matured on 24 march 2016 and till date i have no info when will i get my matured amount, poor service by the fort branch

We were in a plan of applying Home loan in HDFC Bank, we have heard that their services were good and on time we were planning to apply for around Rs.10L to 20L in future plan of applying.

I wanted to apply personal loan for Rs.2L and I approached HDFC Bank, I was not much contented with their services. They were asking me too many documents and details so I planned not to take it from them.
