I had also taken a personal loan from HDFC bank and the process was excellent. I was not forced to take a alternate product like another insurance and the bank was transparent in the process as well. I also got a very reasonable rate of interest. The documentation is simple and its a hassle free loan process. Customer service is good and there are no issues.
