Our company is mainly dealing with service and sales of Computers, Printers, Laptops, UPS’s, Scanners and all other Computer Peripherals. We are also dealing with sales of Genuine Softwares according to the demand of customers. Also Annual Maintenance Contract and Annual Service Contract are also providing on customers request.We had started our venture on April 2005. Before this Mahesh, Managing Director was working in reputed firms those were the leaders in this field. He served the MNC brand Zenith PC’s for three years. He had worked as Senior Service Engineer in M/s Mycom Systems, Authorized Zenith Dealer at Thiruvananthapuram. After this, he joined M/s Gateway Systems, Authorized Service Centre for Epson, Wipro printers and the firm was also Channel Partner for HP Products and worked for 2 year. As a result he got very good experience in handling computers as well as printers. Also he have experience in servicing UPS, scanner etc. We had started our firm from the backend of the customers that we got in these years.We had started our firm with three staff including Mahesh. This team worked hard and made firm’s name popular in Thiruvananthapuram. Now we are providing service for computers and printers in many private firms, some of the Government Firms and most of the home customers and some of the other computer and printer service providers. Now the staff strength of the company becomes twelve. In this short period of time we achieved many things from this field. Now we are purchasing spares from the direct distributors of respective companies. Now we are the Premium Partner of International Brand ACER & DELL. We are also doing sales of Acer & DELL PC’s and Notebooks. We are Direct Sales Agent for Asianet Broadband Internet Connection and Kerala Online Packages of Asianet. Also we have a good service team to do the services at prompt time and facility to repair the printer logic board, motherboard from authorized service center. We have the facility to repair the printer logic boards directly from the Epson / Wipro Authorized Service Centre, if needed. Also we are providing good support through phone if the customer is able to do things through our phone support. Our team provides prompt support at prompt time. At this time we are handling Annual Maintenance Contract of Computers as well as Printers. We are also dealing with the popular International brands such as IBM, HP-COMPAQ PC’s and Notebooks. We got the authorization of HP as Authorized HP Reseller and authorized Empowered Partner of CANON products.After the completion of two year, we have an Exclusive Zenith Showroom and our firm becomes Authorized Service Provider for Zenith PC’s. Zenith is a MNC company, which is dealing with Desktop Computers and Laptops in economical price. They are handling a variety of corporate sector. Now our firm is one of the leading organizations in this field.
