Great experience with holiday yaari. My honeymoon trip of Kerala is planned by holiday yaari and I must say all assistance is very nice. Thanks to Mr. Prashant for the friendly behaviour and great assistance throughout the journey.b

hours ago The most worst bitter experience by holiday yari. I went Manali,Agra& Delhi with family&kids in 5 days they covered they covered 4 places and skipped 13 places.The holiday yari staff people named (DIVYA & PRATHIMA SINGH ) they will never solves your problem while tour they will not respond to you after booking. The most terrible thing in this worst tour is the cab driver( MANDEEP Singh will talk mobile continually while driving in my whole tour he irritated with speaking mobile while driving.His behaviour is worst every day we should wait for him to start the tour he will not lift the phone and give response to our call. My family had suffered a lot my wife and children with the rude behaviour of driver.please don't encourage such driver's your life will be in risk. I have wasted my time, money buy booking package in holiday yari. The worst thing is the driver MANDEEP Singh will chat in whatsup while driving the car in ghat roads. Actually we can write a book how my 5 days spent in tour. The worst ever experience with HOLIDAY YARI. I can't express how my wife and children suffered in this tour by the driver behaviour.

we had a very bad experience. Dont try this. From day 1 we suffered a lot. Cab arrangement was bad. Cab driver not came at proper time. We missed to see places. They are not following as per Iternary. Money waste, lot of tensions.

Horrible experience... Lack of information regarding the tour time... Contact person Tabassum Said one info to cab driver and totally different to the customer.. Waited for 12 HOURS in chilled windy weather at night in outside Jaipur airport.. Denied to take any responsibility.. Even disconnected call.. commitment issue.. Hotel is too bad.. Pathetic n worst service we ever had....

Even with the low price it is just not worth it. It is a dump avoid at all costs.Save your time & money! This travel company has ZERO customer service. Mr. Harsh had commitment issues and lack of information provided regarding the trip, and when we pointed the issue to their senior instead of resolving the issue their executive were covering each others faults. And the executives were very rude while resolving the issue...don't trust a word they say to you before booking is done. Once you pay the token money they don't even bother to follow up with you, its your headache to call them and remind them about your trip. I would have given 0 star but its not an option so giving 1 star.
