To understand the need and to be acquainted with the organization structure, we carry out systematic detailed customer survey. Depending on the survey, we chalk out our plan and further line of action and put our recommendation with a plan to the customer. RECRUITMENT PROCESS :- Utmost care is taken in the recruitment and selection of the Security personnel into our Organization in consonance with the critical parameter laid down as Company Policy. This include Education, Age and Physical fitness. IQ of individual and background . All employee are subjected to stern vetting thru Police verification, Further, our internal Security Department in each region is responsible for corroboration and credentials checks of service records of each employee, we have a panel of expertise available who are taking care of our selection process to give right candidate for the job. The final selection is done only if the candidate are found medically fit, mentally robust and with basic aptitude for security duties. TRANING:- The training is continuous process and at regular intervals, training needs are identified by our senior Personnel as per requirement of our customer. Prior to Disposition it is imperative for all our employees to abide by basic security induction training course, which imparts necessary skill to perform the requite duties. We give training to Security Guards in area of drill, Fire Fighting , First aid and rules and regulations, visitors entry, inwards & outwards records of material , industrial security and handling modern security equipment. Up gradation carried out as per the changing environment and the need of the users.
