Hotel Kokan King & BK Resort Dombivali East Mumbai

Friends, I visited B.K.Resort with my family & kids on 15 May 2018 and my experience has been disappointing - 1) They charge Rs.275 per adult and Rs.225 per child till 10yrs old only as entry fees which does not include any kind of breakfast/ lunch/ tea,not even Popcorn or Ice gola. You have to pay for each item, breakfast & lunch items are highly rated. 2) This resort has just One small pool with a few normal rides poorly maintained and a RainDance section where the sprinklers don't work but rather water pours like a tap force straight on you. 3) When we asked for breakfast to be ordered we were told that last night they had put medicine in the kitchen so breakfast will not be available before 12noon and even on ordering we will have to wait for 25mins, I had to approach 2-3 times but in vain. When we finally ordered for breakfast around 1pm we also placed order for lunch fearing that these guys will not serve lunch aswell in the time we need. However, the quantity of lunch was go
