Hotel Natraj Chowk Lucknow

The hotel manager is a fraud, I stayed here for few days and he used to ask for money everyday buy never gave receipt upfront. He would say "I ''ll give u receipt after some time as calculations I have to match". One day he went on leave after taking a payment and as usual said to give receipt later. I had to checkout next day so I asked the other guy present in the hotel as a caretaker for receipt of previous payment. He checked in receipt book and denied any payment as receipt he couldn't find. I asked him to call the manager who took payment but his mobile was switched off. Anyhow the other guy managed to call him on someother number when I insisted too much, the manager denied the payment and said if I had paid then receipt would have been given. I tried to remind him a lot but he didn't agree and then I realized that he did fraud and ate that payment and didn't make receipt. I should have called the police but I was there for medical purpose of my relative. Apart from that the hotel is too stinky and filled with cockroaches on bed and commode. I don't know whether hotel owner is involved in this forgery.
