nice hotel located near the market area. service is good and reasonable stay. hygienic food and excellent room service

Visited hotel in last year...stay for 2 nights..everything here was sub standard. First thing first, this hotel has its booking system totally messed up. The staff are co-operative and the service is good but the front staff seems hassled and inexperienced for handle more guests at a time...and they even dont bother about business..Room size is pretty decent and has all the modern amenities. Fodd serve at restaurant was an average and the waiters are looks very dirty... they really need training how to serve to customer...There is a small swimming pool and lobby is very spacious. They offer SPA and GYM..need some improvement in all area..
