My wife and i have tried to deal with this branch for 17 years and funds have been blocked due to kyc Staff and manager and relationship manager are not at all interested in helping and just give you the run around and after you give your documents they say it will take 7 days and after a week you go and nothing has been done ! And the standard answer is 7 days and the last week i have spent about 3 hours with the bank and now have even had to fly my wife in from overseas for her to do kyc again!! They insisted opening two mutual accounts which we trying to close for the last 5 years also witgout luck!!
