It has been long time, I have been doing transaction through ICICI Bank just because they have good facilities and service. But this branch in masjid bunder is worst service provider. I want to deposit thr cheque for clearance it was only half minute job, but she was so buzy to take this responsibility and keep calling her colleague name from desk to collect the cheque from me, that guy was not even bother to listen her. After watching this drama, I felt like they are working in govt bank.
