I think your services are rubbish! Absolute bullshit.The assistance provided at the bank was incredibly slow and utterly unhelpful. The instructions given to pursue internet banking were also absolute shit, because when these instructions are followed it just makes me want to scream because everything leads to a dead end or round in circles and one ends up wasting hours because some people at the bank cannot do their job properly. Moreover there are no contact numbers that I have dialled that any bank employee actually answers or any email that one can use when the instructions given by bank employee fail miserably. So yes your customer assistance is SHIT
