Self-defense training

My 6 year old son has been training in Taekwondo here since last year and half. I have seen a tremendous improvement in his stamina, strength, alertness, concentration, flexibility etc. It has helped in his overall development. He has become fitter and very active. I am very happy with the way he is being trained. They also give kids lot of opportunities to participate in tournaments thus giving them exposure to the combat technique, taekwondo being a combat sport. Overall it's been a really good experience. Keep it up.
