Highly unprofessional Post Sales Experience by India Garage, Whitefield. (XUV500 W6 Automatic). <br/>The selection of the vehicle was based on the availability of certain accessories and have them pre-fitted prior to delivery. On the day of delivery we were suddenly informed that some of the accessories may not be available but will be fixed within a week. Since then we have called many times and have visited showroom but have been given vague excuse - Reverse parking camera will not work as the software from Mahindra is not available (already paid and installed), Front fog lamp can't be installed as Mahindra has not provided some wiring. Today I was asked to come and get the reverse camera software installed and after reaching showroom the service person refused that any such software has arrived. I ended up driving aimlessly whole afternoon in tough whitefeild traffic with the sales contact switching off the phone.
