Charged Without Providing Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

The service guy named Raghu Nath Das had come for refrigerator service on 13/8/24 and he charged me Rs.650/-(bill attached) for service and he said there’s a part which needs to be replaced which he’ll later come and do once he gets the part. Today is 2/9/24…. Still my fridge is not cooling not once they called up to say what the problem was …After repeated follow-ups a guy called up and said part is not available… what is that now ??? After this long wait they refused the repair …. What am I supposed to do now ??? How abt the 650/- he charged me for no reason …. He could have told me earlier we would’ve called urban clap for the service they charge only Rs200/- Bakwas service …. Plz don’t take any services from them

INFINITE MARKETING SERVICES . Name is enough for looting customers. Give all servuce like - Ac , fridge, washing machine, toilet cleaning , home cleaning, customer robbery . Beware of this agency, its a total inexperience agency. Only moto is the money making. AC install and gas leakage within 2 hours then cane for gas filling and this time they Broke indoor unit during opening it. Avoid to take service. Search reviews on Google. Justdail totally headache agency never understand customer pain. Once u take service nd if something goes wrong then they can't listen to customer bcs they putted the money already in their pocket. Absolutely money making agency.

The service provided is commendable whenever someone ask for a solution. I always recommended to it it's very reliable.. good job ..keep it up
