TERMS & CONDITIONS: 1) The order will be in the name of “inspiron india“ 2) AMC will be taken only after system is certified OK by our Engineer. 3) Payment terms: 100 % advance along with the order, Balance on Delivery. 4) Our company seal will be attached on the system under the comprehensive service contract, If any of our company’s seal is broken by any other person other than our engineers than the System under the contract will turn void. Comprehensive Annual Maintenance does not cover Any parts which are burnt, damaged due to electric or any other mode, theft of parts, Damage due to user misuse, consumables and external breakable plastic parts. VAT will be Charged for any parts under comprehensive contract. 5) Non Comprehensive Contract will cover service only (i.e. without any parts). Repairs/replacement of parts will be charged extra with VAT applicable. 6) Preservation of any Software data & backup of data is the sole responsibility of the Customer & not of the Service Company.
