The Internet in good till the time you start facing problems that no one could fix. I have taken 25 mbps broadband connection which means I should at least get 2-3 mbps download speeds from a normal website (sparing those "exceptions" where seeders or websites would be the reason for low download speeds), I am getting not more than 100 kbps. This gives birth to a circle of chaos which starts with me calling them everytime for lodging a complaint. Then their technician comes and finds out that it's out of his area of expertise to fix the problem. Then they tell me to send an email with screenshots. After that, it seems to be fixed for 1-2 days. But again the saga continues. They've got pathetic customer support when problems arise and the technicians do their job but if they don't know it, they don't escalate and get it resolved permanently. As a customer, you end up wasting your money by not reaping the actual benefits and feeling that pain of paying during renewal.

I am happy with this connection, I am using Intech Broadband connection. I pay around Rs.600 monthly and I get speed pf 1 Mbps and I am happy with it.

Choosing Intech as my internet provider is really good, I have taken up broadband connection with 400rs monthly charges. Unlimited plan with downloading speed of 256Kbps.

Honestly Intech Enterprises has been the best broad band service. i've had and I've had them all. I am really impressed with fast &high speed internet connections.They took less time in installing the connections,Its working very fine..
