Coming from a broken family and having a tormented childhood, I remember myself to be a very shy, introvert kid who dreaded being at home because of my parents regular spats. I was angry, bitter & resentful inside but pretended to be strong on the surface. Hardly allowed to speak at home, I never developed the skill of expressing myself. My aloofness and lack of feelings, as I learnt quite later in my life was a mechanism to cope up with the trauma & pain. I grew up feeling ugly, unwanted and uncared for. While in college I felt shaky and nervous speaking to even 2- 3 people together; public speaking was a distant dream.I had no confidence whatsoever and was constantly struggling with an extremely poor self-image. Scared of being judged, I felt ashamed of myself, not knowing what to do with the rest of my life. The bitterness and anger within me kept manifesting in my life in many ways; failed relationships, toxic work environment, poor health. There was a distinct pattern I could figure out but quite didnt know how to change it. I felt like a victim of bad luck. Deep inside I was yearning for a mentor, who would help me escape the negative spiral. The bouncing back happened in 2010 when I got an opportunity to work as aLearning & Development Specialistin a Singapore based Pharma Company. A whole new world of seeking and imparting was now opened to me. Though it was a tough journey in the beginning and I felt like a misfit, my job gave me ample opportunity to learn and evolve. I got mentored by some of the experts in the field of Personal Development. My search for excellence, lead me to various workshops across the world and my life shifted 360 degrees after applying the principles I learnt. Since the principles were working for me I knew they would work for others too. LEARNING, APPLYING and TEACHINGwas now my vocation and I knew; I was on the right path, I knew this is the purpose of my life. I now share those principles with anyone who wants to take charge of life and is open to learn & apply them. The principles that I teach are not my discovery they are borrowed from ancient texts and teachings of great sages like Maharshi Vashishth, Maharshi Patanjali, Gautam Buddha and Swami Vivekananda backed up by pieces of evidence from modern researches on mind science.
