I had called them for cleaning our house on 6th April 2019.The team was of one supervisor and two bengali workers.That morning before their arrival i had checked on my gold kept in the bedroom cupboard and everything was intact.im at home and the supervisor is around too and next day morning when i went to pick up some gold for some function i see that 25 pavans of gold is missing from my cupboard drawer.No one came home other than these cleaners and the supervisor.i lodged a FIR with police and i was promised by these agency people that they will find out the cleaners who wer absconding or they will pay me the compensation for the gold missing.after 2 days they have gone to police and told stories that the agency is shut down etc.this is not true anyway as the agency is running sucessfully even now.Im a widow with two small kids and this is the way the agency people have cheated me.
