Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Didn’t Charge the Promised Amount, Charged Without Providing Service, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

We took the Service from JP Homes in month of March’2024 and they took 12000 Rs and informed me that they take care of the Police verification and provide the Jappa Maid for baby care… however, the maid left after 10 days of the Month after working 5 months without serving notice period and didn’t informed us…JP Homes is asking me to pay 12000 Rs and then only they will provide the maid… further, the police verification done by JP homes solution is wrong as one case is already going on that maid…

Charged Without Providing Service

This is totally a SCAM. The person named Suraj took the token money after showing me various screenshots and giving me numbers of his so called clients who have hired from him to assure me that he is genuine. Once I paid token amount, this person is not responding my calls at all. Never ever believe him, he is a FRAUD. My father is in police and I've all the call recordings of him. We are taking action against him. So he is definitely going to be in trouble for making people fool.

Very disappointing. Avoid this agency, if possible. I had an urgent need for domestic help I was asked to pay token money to initiate the process with this assurance that 4-5 maids will be sent to home the next day for shortlisting. After the token money was paid, the rep stopped responding to calls and msgs. In a week only 1 maid was sent home. In the last 2 days 2 maids came and did not identify themselves as from this agency. They both said that they have come seeing some ad. Obviously, I could not wait forever (without response to my calls), I hired some other maid and requested the rep to refund the token money. He refused to do so. What was most annoying is that he would not let me complete one sentence without cutting me off!! I feel this agency has been very unprofessional. UPDATE: I had posted the review yesterday and I received several calls to delete the review with assurance to resolve all issues in a day. No response to me calls since I deleted the review. Posting again.
