My Fridge was not getting cool. I had approached to this vendor. One Technician came and fixed the problem. Charged Rs.900 including service charges. They response was well. I am happy their service

J.P. Home Appliances Repair & Service Center people visited and after that they haven't quoted and left. After that they are not responding.

Recently I faced an issue with my Washing machine, so I contacted this service center. I paid a reasonable amount as service charge.the service person rectified and cleared the issue .now the washing machine is working properly. overall the service provided by them was good.

The mechanic was amateur & who took zero efforts to fix the issue ! He seems to be expert only to tightening/removing the screws. After removing the back cover of the microwave he stared taking me like the microwave control panel needs be replaced & to complete this process will take 3 to 5 days. He was not bothered to check things there or atleast to clean up the webs inside the microwave box. He was pretaining to be expert & insisting me to replace the control panel. Thimat cleared his intention to only make mony. I suggested him to just pull out & pkuf in the control panel wire if it is loose or to check the dirt on the connection. He did that unhappily telling me it will not work & just replace the panel. After refixing the panel wire the microwave started working fine & the technician was stunned, how my suggestion worked! Finally he charged me 150 visit charges + 150 fixing charges (where he did nothing) = total 300 rupees! I paid him & got a lesson not to take service from them.

I had taken Washing Machine Repair & Services.I approached this J.P. Home Appliances Repair & Service Center, Vishrantwadi service center for my Godrej Washing Machine Repair & Services.They came and Rectify the issues and solved the problem. They charged for the nominal price for service.I paid 100 for that. and some parts which were they repaired as there was minor issue. Overall the service was excellent and clean.I am really satisfied.They did an excellent work and this is very quick service, really appreciable. Highly recommended about their service. now it is working well. I am happy with this service provider.
