Charged Without Providing Service

Pathetic service no food no breakfast only 10rs samosa as breakfast after charging 64k for 2pax moreover we booked package on double occupancy but got service as 5pax in one room ... moreover their vehicle has some engine problem two whole days were wasted and no compensation on that .... moreover the worst thing is at Darjeeling they informed us at 11pm that no room is booked manage yourself we will refund you 1000rs per pax and both ladies spend whole night at hotel reception at unknown City (Travel agency package) last day transfers also not provided..
