Janaseva Sahakari Bank Dahisar East Mumbai

I visited Dahisar East branch, Maratha colony to update my KYC and apply for Debit card today. But those employers are pathetic. They don't have a bit of shame to keep me stranded for 2 hours even when they didn't have any customers, I was alone. They asked me to keep waiting when all they were doing is total time pass, talking about their life story and cooking skills. I had to call my family members in the bank to do the work for me. The Peon asked my dad to go to Home , telling us that the staff doesn't have time to do my task. Why the hell should I go home back when I came on the opening hours of bank?Just because they want to bully customers? SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE.
