One of the most pathetic company I have ever seen. I got my AC serviced a month back, it was nitrogen gas tested and then gas was filled along with few parts fitted. Within 15 days it started getting hot. I raised a complaint with the call center, and also escalated to to the Manager Krishna. He promised me that within a day, a technician will visit. No one turned up and the company doesn't even bother to call back. My only question is, why do you want to dupe people their hard earned money. For servicing AC I paid close to 11000. Is that some sort of a scam? After repeated followups, ac technician Sarath Chandra, took my outdoor and indoor units on June 1st but till date there is no resolution. Even after spending so much money, whole summer we have struggled a lot without AC. I will strongly condemn their way of operation and no one should avail their service. Even their Manager Krishna doesn't respond and will never take action.

If u call them for a trivial service, they make it big and charge for that as well, with unprofessional attitude and lacknof covid precautions

Please do not hire them I spent 1 lakh rupees on Terrace and everything is coming off and now they are hiding and not helping fix it as they know what kind of poor quality service it was from them. There are scam and looting money

Worst services, i have hired them for ac dismantling and re installation. They are purely irresponsible and too commercial. Even if i buy any spare from outside market, they are demanding for commission. It took more than 2 days only for dismantling and never responded for installation. At last they came for installation only after 4 days and charging for spares as per their wish, if we say we would buy it for ourselves they never agree and ask for more money. I never approach them again and who ever are reading this just beware of this fraud company.
