Absolutely pathetic and borderline fraudulent experience with Jones Property Management. If you're even thinking about engaging with this agency, especially with their so-called consultant Manoj — RUN. In the opposite direction. This firm operates with the professionalism of a roadside scam. Back in February, I was searching for a lease property and got in touch with Jones Property Management. I was assured by Manoj that I needed to pay a refundable token amount of ?5,000 to proceed. Based on that promise, I paid up on 28-Feb-2025 (Receipt No: ROL1000192). What followed was nothing short of daylight robbery wrapped in silence. Manoj couldn’t even arrange a single property that matched my criteria. Not one. Eventually, I found a place through another provider. That’s when the real circus began — Manoj stopped taking my calls, ignored every message, and vanished into thin air like a ghost. I’ve sent multiple emails, including polite and professional follow-ups on March 25 and March 31. N
