I am Gurjant Singh and I had booked a Honda Activa at Joshi Honda Panchkula as a CSD coustomer at 26/9/14 and it was one month booking and till now i did not get my delivery and i had made all payment at Ambala Cant army depo, so many time I had gone to joshi honda , but their employ did not give me proper information and they are delivering Activa to other Customer, who had booked the Activa after me. now I have only one option that I am going to Consumer court at Fatehgarh Sahib my District and I will submit my all document of booking and Army bill there and lodge a case against Joshi Honda.

Joshi Honda is the authorized showroom of hero honda bikes and Joshi Honda shop deals in hero honda motor cycles and during my college time hero honda dazler came in market and my 2 friends and my cousin purhcased it from this shop and that time the bike was available in this showroom only and booking system was there and all the people and me are crazy about this bike... i used that bike for 4 years...
