I bought a 7 seater Arabian sofa on 30/03/2014, which got delivered to me on 15/04/2014. Only after 1 month of purchase, i found that all pillars of sofa start shedding white wooden powder.Upon verification i found that the sofa has existing sever termite problem. I registered complain with Jubilant Retail (Total Super Store), Murugeshpalya branch on the same day( contact person- Sant Ram contact no- 8147879566).The third party vendor registered with total superstore repaired my sofa set 3 times but the problem of termite still persist. The Manager of furniture department Kiran(contact no- 9535137722) told me that the replacement of the sofa will be done with same new sofa with same build material. But till now no replacement has been made. I am irritated and gone through mental agony because of their service and response. From last 6 month i am suffering for replacement of my sofa. If they unable to do replacement with same sofa with same build material, they should refund my money.
