Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Cheated by giving faulty 3 gas burner, when called customer service they refuse to entertain. Brass soot on burner and vessels become black. sounds like an explosion on turning off. highly unprofessional and not recommended. do not buy from this shop
