He has extensive knowledge about nutrition. He Always Focused on exercise. He Have A Result oriented routine plan. Have money's worth to hire him. He is Very loyal and friendly person. The way he teaches us it looks very simple to do everything like exercise ,cardio n etc.. He is one of the best trainer till i have got in my life.
