Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Failed to deliver, after promising. Couldn’t find a maid for me even after 15 days. Misguiding maids, making false promises, ask us to adjust. Pathetic service, horrible experience. Behind them for a refund, but now they are forcing me to take services instead.

SCAMSTERS!!! SCAMSTERS!! SCAMSTERS. These people are looting the public. We needed an urgent maid (as our old one left) for our in-laws house. The first culprit - Carol and telling us that they have more than 300K househelps on roll. The second culprit - her boss Ms Khan who very confidently said that they can find a househelp and the third Culprit - Reshma who inspite of repeated calls failed to provide any details. Inspite of repeated calls, they couldnt find a single maid as per our requirement. They send us two profiles (which were completely against our requirement). They sent one maid (who looking at her, we felt that she belonged to the company only and acted as a maid, no knowledge of household work or etiquette). PLEASE DO NOT MAKE A MISTAKE TO CALL OR HIRE THEM. WORST PROFESSIONALS - CAROL, MRS KHAN AND RESHMA. THEIR EMPLOYEES THEMSELVES PROVIDE BOGUS (5- STAR REVIEWS ON THE WEBSITE).

Service provided by Kaamwalibais is pathetic. These people are frauds. They charge half fees in advance and claims to send maid within 48 hrs. In actual it takes minimum 2 weeks. Even after 2 weeks they will just send temporary maid to get full fee and then maid will disappear after few weeks. Post that no one will pick-up the phone for replacement.

Please if you love your mental peace stay away from such fraud company. They are cheats. They don't have any maid's . Once you give agency fees they will become aggresive and rude. To name some Shabana, Pooja Yadav. Their maid Rupali yadav was extremely unprofessional and was arrogant and with no manners at all. She even refused to leave our house when we said we don't want her to work with us . Their maids will talk on phone all day and agency will not do anything about it and defend their maid since they don't have profiles. Agencies like Hexabuddy, book my bai are professional. Please stay away from kaamwalijobs com. I hope it is helpful to someone who read it
