There are many ways to serve to the society. For upliftment of the society, the field of education is rather a ladder to them. Therefore we selected this field of education and formed an academy namely kabivarth academy and was registered. It is a registered organization and it sponsored the institution kabivarth academy. The academy was started on the auspicious Friday ie) February 17.5.2005 in the presence of his holiness Ms.D.Chandralekha. President of this academy Mr.R.Chandrakumar. He is a qualified professor. A host in himself running this academy successfully in tirupur, tamilnadu as the maid of honour to the job seekers. He was trained 2001 to 2003 tirupur as a pattern master. During the year 2003 he has trained at computer field by the same tirupur district. After 2003 to 2005 he was trained the computer field. An account of these experience he started lot of courses in tirupur for the job seeking young peoples. “Service to mankind is service to god” This has been emphasized by many great people of india and abroad. The all around personality of the child’s growth depends entirely on proiperly education . proper and perfect education only makes a child to grow in such a way to live in the society overcoming any difficulty at time and he can able to plan his good future. A flower does not blossom suddenly. A seed must be planted, watered, manured, fenced and cultivated carefully. Only the end we can enjoy the beautiful flowers. Similarly the character of a child should be developed, slowly and stedily. As per the proverb “slow and steady wins the race”. “Education makes a man perfect” Once the students get through the Mains examination, the Academy conducts Group discussions, mock-interviews, discussions with IAS, IPS officers and with subject matter specialists from various fields. These discussions help the candidates to improve their communication skills, increase their self-confidence, develop positive attitude.
