collections are good as well as getting proper response from salesman. but to achieve their target forcing us to pay monthly chit. it os making us to upset and not leaving us easily. .

i have got the worst experience from Kalyan Jewellers Calicut & recently opened showroom at Chennai.<br/>Customer service is really the worst than any other Jewellers. Calicut is my home town & i had very bad experience two times. i have no idea on what basis they judge the customers. staffs whoever attends the customer never shows any interest on serving the customer. they are easily getting fed up with their job.i actually wanted to let know the same thing with the management. but didn't had much time. i had to make a purchase from another jewellery nearby. i dont even want to rate this. its that poor.
