Short story: They accept booking in the name of good vehicles (etios/innova) and send different vehicles for actual trip. Long: I made a booking for Toyota etios. On the first day of our ride, they shocked us by sending a Tavera instead of etios. They didn't ask/inform us if we're okay with that vehicle. We tried calling them about this, but they didn't answer our calls. We couldn't waste any more time, therefore we had to start our day with the same car. Upon talking to them the same morning, we found out that they were not even aware about the wrong vehicle was sent to us. They never called to give any update from their side. We had to constantly follow up about the issue. Later, we were given excuse that etios had some mechanical issue. They didn't bother calling us to tell by when car will be fixed. The manager Mr. Ali asked us to take back money and find different vehicles. He exploited the situation and we had no option than continuing our trip with Tavera.
